We have strategically built out our operations and customer service delivery to serve customers moving anywhere from 1-2 truckloads to a few million pounds/month. While our distribution logistics services can be scaled up to serve higher volumes, we never scale it to a point where it hurts our other customers. We do not separate our customers into classes to receive separate levels of service.
